This website is operated by Long Moon Limited, trading as Dan Haycock. By placing an order you agree to the following terms.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely via Stripe.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 working days of payment being received. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and carrier.

Damaged or lost in transit

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via the contact page. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging. We will offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion. We cannot accept damage claims made outside this window.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned works must be in their original condition and packaged securely. Return postage is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned work, provided it is returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the work is returned damaged.

Copyright

All works remain the intellectual property of Dan Haycock. Purchase of a work does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. No work may be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the work in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
